Awards

The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Contractor of the Year (CotY) Award is given each year by NARI Headquarters to members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. The CotY’s are widely considered to be the premier competition in the remodeling industry. An impartial panel of judges, who are considered experts within the industry and associated fields, select winners based on each entrants before and after photography and project description. Some of the judging categories include problem-solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, the degree of difficulty and entry presentation. Each entrant is also required to include a certified satisfaction affidavit from their customer.

In 2000, CB Construction, Inc. was honored to receive the prestigious NARI Regional CotY Award for a design-build kitchen addition project. This project was judged against competing projects in 7 Northeastern states. Then, in March of 2001, CB Construction, Inc. was privileged to achieve the coveted NARI National CotY Award. This award represents the highest level of craftsmanship, creativity, design, and functions in the Remodeling Industry and is judged against leading contractor’s projects nationwide. In 2002, the Central Jersey Chapter of NARI recognized CB Construction, Inc. for achieving the National CotY Award and for outstanding service to the local NARI chapter.
